Mike finished work today on his latest audio book ‘Taras Bulba’ by Nikolai Gogol. This should be available to download for free shortly from the AudioBooksForFree.com website. A couple of people have emailed the site and asked about the location for the AA advert and whether it was as cold as it looked! The first answer is that it was shot on the banks of Wastwater in the Lake District. According to some of the locals it was the worst weather they had seen in ages so yes - it was that cold! The Wasdale Web has a few pictures taken by a local journalist.
The AA advert has been added to the excellent visit4info website. The vocals were recorded at Abbey Road Studios by the Beatles sound engineer Geoff Emerick.
